Bird's nest soup

My mum stewed the Bird's nest soup last night.

Bird nest soup is a delicacy in Chinese Cuisine. The edible bird's nests are among the most expensive animal products consumed by humans. The nests have been traditionally used in Chinese cooking for over 400 years, most often as bird's nest soup.

When dissolved in water, the birds' nests have a gelatinous texture used for soup or sweet tong sui.

BAD Day@ Sekinchan

Today has been definitely the worst day in my life for year 2009! I fell into drain...

I have a pain in my knee and shank!

I awakened ealry because of the noise!

As usual, I was awoken from my 8 hours slumber by mom screeching morning call.

My family decided to head to grandparents house which located at Sekinchan, selangor.
oh my gosh, i am so happy and thrilled as i have long time not been to there due to my busy schedule in kampar!

The reasons of getting to sekichan were to attend my relative's funeral, and to get a new hair style!

We stop at Kuala selangor, head to a shop called "xin hai bin seafood" for our quick lunch.

The medium size set of crab mihun, dolly fish porridge, fried oyster&prawn, minster prawn definetely filled up our stomch, in fact, it was too much for our family. afterward, We bought some marine products, some tidbits of my fond, some seaweeds.

2.30pm reached ah'ma house. she keep asking me " lu jik ba beh"?

i claimed: "wo jik ba liao, wo jik ke ah ba, ah ba , ah ba"! sounds like copying the singapore movie by jack neo! someone is laughing at me...

Head to site C, visit to my grandfather's sister house
oh my god! she had be placed into the coffin... i dare not to look into that, if not i gona to have a nightmare.

Can you imagined that a size of an opital mouse of " black& green" on the gap between your knee and shank and you are trying to walk .....damn pain, infinite pain!

My family is not going to celebrate the christmas party this year, this is because part of my siblings were not there, so my mother has cancelled the trip!

Lonely Christmas Eve, i just can heard the choir reporting the good news( Chinese known as "bao jia yin") to the host next to my house, enjoying their tasty foods, full of joys...
Lonely Christmas Day, i waking up at 8 in the morning, damn earlier!Watching TV, Surfing facebook, and nothing!

Around 5.45 in the evening, my mum asked me for Jusco Supermarket time! I felt suprise and shock! Took a heavy and clumsy watermelon whole day in the supermarket!

Around 6.45pm, we decided to head to PJ for our family gathering, we were suprising that the traffic was suprisingly smooth and we reached in no time at all,7pm.

Hello, everyone....We reached!!

I presumed that they are enjoying their super dinner at the moment but apparently i was wrong!! Some of you are watching Youtube, some of you are playing backetball, some of you are playing snooker...chew!!

Haha, i get a pair of roller skates..and skate around the garden!The air in the garden was warm and fragrant , fragrant memories can be found...

I used to skip the maths lecture class during my foundation year and head to PJ for swimming or playing....wow
It was 7.30pm.

The savory smell of roasting turkey, glass of wine, my fond of salad, potatoes and pumkins, beef steak,colourful veges, bean rices , pasta,corn bake bread...were our dinner.

Muffin, watermelon, wine, nanga for our dessert..i 'm full up!

Actually, i do not like the taste of the turkey, i cant finish it at all. The turkey tastes bitter,maybe she had added some wine while roasting. Turkey have to eat together with a sauce, i do not what it called. We had a delightful christmas times..
