I got a discussion with my boss last friday.
this discussion took 1 hour, a short discussion yet I learn something from him.
Seriously, I can say, my General Manager, Mr Soo, is the one willing to hear of me, lead me to the right path.
He said :" carmen, do you mind i noted down your point?"
No much complaint.. I am looking to his career plan.
